Where will the conference take place?

In the Penn Museum at 3260 South St, Philadelphia, PA 19104.

What is the registration cost?

All Whalac registration costs will be listed on the registration page.

What if I cannot attend the in-person conference, will there be an option to attend virtually?
No, all events are going to be held in-person, with no live streaming available.
What is the registration cancelation policy?
We will not provide reimbursements for tickets.
What is the appropriate business attire?

Business professional attire is recommended. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes and attire for the beginning of Philadelphia’s spring. The weather is expected to be highs of low 60s and lows of mid 40s during the conference (high of ~17 and low of ~7 Celsius).

Do I need to sign up for specific sessions before attending?
There is no need to sign up for any specific session; all panels and keynotes are open invite to all registered attendees.
WHAT HANDLES SHOULD I USE WHEN POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

We would absolutely love for you to use your social channels to let your network know about what you’re experiencing at the conference. We ask that you use the official hashtag #WHALAC23 and tag us on LinkedIn, and Instagram (@whalaconference).

Will recordings be available for panels I am unable to attend?

We will not be recording panels.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE SESSION I WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND IS FULL?
Unfortunately we are capacity constrained based on the rooms we have reserved for each panel, with specific Philadelphia fire code regulations by which we must abide. We recommend getting early to the sessions for which you are hoping to attend to secure seating.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE IF I CHOOSE TO DRIVE?
We have no allotted parking spots or reimbursement for parking. However, there are numerous parking garages located throughout Philadelphia which are available.
